If you are adding a room onto an existing home you may want to consider installing a vented gas fireplace. Often times we have customers coming into our store looking for a secondary heating solution after they realize the vents run from their furnace are not producing enough heat. In most cases the add on room will require more that the 4 to 6 hour window of operation that a ventless gas log set or fireplace offers, and for that reason we recommend a vented gas fireplace. There are a range of BTU'S and sizes available to get the perfect fit for your room.
