I need help lighting my ventless gas log set. I just moved into the house and it has never been used. The family before us never lit it in the four years they were in the house, so it's still brand new; sort of.  I don't know what brand it is but the only number I have from it is 44D0100. it has a button on the left to light the fire, two buttons on the right (one for size of fire and another for Pilot), and an on/off switch.  Can you assist?  thank you, Stan
