Will I need an insert?
I am looking at the ventless gas log sets. I have a wood burning fireplace now and I hate it. I think most the heat goes up the chimney. If I have a regular masonry fireplace do I need the insert with logs or just the logs. I will be using propane. Thanks for responding so quickly to my questions.
Hi Karen, You will only need to purchase the ventless gas log set, they are designed to be installed directly into a masonry wood burning fireplace.
