Hi Bill, Keep in mind, ventless gas logs put out a lot of heat, so you will not burn the logs for any length of time as it will get warm quickly and you will shut them down for a period of time. Ventless gas burning products produce moisture, without venting that moisture comes into the home, in many cases the moisture is beneficial, especially during the winter when homes are at their driest. Most homes have a tolerance level averaging 4 to 5 hours a day burn time with ventless gas products.
